Half tsp salt.
A finely chopped onion.
50 grams green coriander finely chopped
1 green chili finely chopped
200 ml oil.

Keep the tawa on high flame.
When the tawa is hot, apply oil with a flat ladle and place the paste of uttapam with a round ladle.
Spread the paste and pour oil from all sides with a flat ladle.

After 1 minute, flip it over with a flat ladle and pour oil on the other side as well.

Now put the gas on low flame and keep turning it once in a while.
After 5-7 minutes you will find it brown and crispy.

Note, If you don’t like the crunch of uttapam, then take it off first when it is soft and cooked.
It is ready, serve it with coconut chutney and sambar.
You can also eat it alone.
