florida tennessee usatsi College Football Schedule, Games 2022: What to Watch in Week 4, TV Channels, Saturday Kickoff Times

The final Saturday of September is upon us, which means the biggest conference matchups litter the College Football slate in Week 4. No. 20 Florida heads to Rockies Top and No. 1 in the SEC in the CBS Game of the Week. A big SEC East matchup against No. 11 Tennessee will go a long way in determining the state of the rebuilding process for both teams.

Elsewhere, no. 5 Clemson at noon ET at No. 21 will hit the road to get Wake Forest. The Tigers have not fared well in three games, but a win against the Demon Deacons would be a sure signal that Dabo Swinney’s men can fight back.

No. 10 Arkansas and no. 23 Texas A&M will begin the evening with a midnight SEC West battle, Wisconsin and no. 3 Ohio State will have a cross-division Big Ten tilt.

Saturday will be busy across the country. Here’s a handy visitor’s guide to help you navigate the process. All times are Eastern.

Best games

No. 21 at Wake Forest No. 5 Clemson — Noon on ABC, fuboTV (Try it for free): This key ACC-Atlantic matchup will be an attractive deal of styles. The Tigers’ defense — especially up front — is loaded, while the Demon Deacons’ up-tempo, slow-mesh offense is as dangerous as college football. The winner will have a huge advantage in the race for the division title.

No. 20 Florida at No. 11 Tennessee — 3:30 p.m. CBS,, CBS Sports App: The rivalry is great not just for the SEC this year, but for the entire college football world. Gators quarterback Anthony Richardson struggled in the air, but that may have to change if this turns into a shootout, and he’ll need to keep up with an up-tempo Volunteers offense led by Heisman Trophy candidate Hendon Hooker under center.

No. at Texas Tech. 22 at Texas — 3:30 p.m. ESPN, fuboTV (Try it for free): This key in-state battle is already a big deal in the race for the Big 12 title, but that intrigue reached a peak Thursday — star quarterback Quinn Evers 2 — in a week two loss to Alabama. Will travel Dress up in Lubbock, Texas. Evers looked great against the Crimson Tide before his shoulder injury, and it will be interesting to see how coach Steve Sarkisian uses him if he sees the field.

No. 10 Arkansas vs. No. 23 Texas A&M (at Arlington, Texas) — 7 p.m., on ESPN fuboTV (Try it for free): The showdown at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas was full of intrigue. The Razorbacks have the nation’s worst pass defense (352.7 yards per game), while the Aggies pass offense is the best. The loser will struggle uphill in the SEC West for the rest of the season.

Wisconsin no. 3 at Ohio State — 7:30 p.m. on ABC, fuboTV (Try it for free): It will be a variation of styles between the two Big Ten powers inside the Horseshoe. The Buckeyes boast a formidable passing offense under Heisman contender CJ Stroud, and the Badgers are built to own the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. Ohio State’s defensive front was a concern coming into the season and will be its biggest test of the young season.

No. in the state of Oregon. 7 USC — 9:30 p.m. on Pac-12 Network fuboTV (Try it for free): The high-flying Trojans offense will travel to Corvallis, Oregon, where it will face a Beavers team that has quietly gone 3-0 and produced the Pac-12’s second-best offense. If the Trojans’ defense can tighten up, it could be a signal that coach Lincoln Riley’s team is truly “back.”
