  • 4 boiled potatoes.
  • tsp black pepper.
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder.
  • 1 tsp coriander powder.
  • 20 grams finely chopped coriander.
  • 1 finely chopped chili
  • Half tsp chaat masala.
  • One teaspoon salt.
  • 350 grams wheat flour kneaded.
  • Desi Ghee.

  • Take boiled potatoes / grate them.
  • Now add black pepper, amchur powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, green coriander, green chilli and salt and mix it.

  • Now take the dough.
  • Take round balls of the dough.
  • Now take the dough in the shape of a bowl and fill potatoes in it.
  • Now close it from all sides.
  • Now take a rolling rolling pin.
  • Now put the dough on the wheel and roll it with a rolling pin.
  • Keep the tawa on the gas on high flame.
  • Let it be hot
  • Now keep desi ghee and put some ghee on the pan.
  • Now put bila paratha on it.
  • Let it cook for a while, apply desi ghee and flip it.
  • Now apply desi ghee on the other side also and flip it.
  • Slow down the gas if the tawa becomes too hot.
  • When the red turns red and becomes crisp, then your paratha is done.
  • Now take it out in a plate.
  • Serve hot.
  • You can serve it with Homemade Green Chilli Pickle, Aloo Tomato Sabzi, Green Coriander Chutney and Curd.
